Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies for conference registrations are strictly defined as follows:

1. General Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your registration, a written request must be sent to the conference organizing committee. Standard refund rules based on timing:

  • 60+ days before the event: 70% refund of registration fees.
  • 30-59 days before the event: 50% refund of registration fees.
  • Less than 30 days: No refunds will be issued.

2. Virtual Participation Option

If physical travel becomes impossible, physical registrations can be transferred to Virtual Participation mode at any time up to 7 days before the conference, with the fee difference credited toward future APSTE events.

3. Event Postponement or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that a conference is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure, registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled dates or can be fully transferred to another upcoming APSTE conference.
